Guarantee and Refund Policy

Natures Method offers only the finest quality merchandise. We believe that you will be so satisfied with all of your purchases and we want to ensure that you have an exceptional shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the used and or unused items (at the customers expense) along with a return number and we will:

1. Issue you a Natures Method credit for 100% of the purchase price (excludes shipping and surcharges), or
2. Replace or exchange the merchandise, or
3. Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (excludes shipping and surcharges).
4. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
