We ship all of our products directly to you. North American deliveries can be expected to arrive 7-14 business days after shipment. Free Air shipping offer applies only to USA & Canada. All orders of in stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders of less than $100.00 in value will be charged a $9.50 to $12.50 Basic Air shipping charge, depending on weight.

Express Priority is another shipping option for North American (USA & Canada) orders. These packages will be shipped with a tracking number either with Canada Post, USPS, or UPS priority. Packages sent with Express Priority will usually be delivered in two to three business days after being shipped. We will email you your tracking number and instructions for where to track your package once it has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions & Information for delivery outside of the USA and Canada:

1. International orders will be shipped Fed-EX or UPS Priority. From our experience this has always cost $85.00 USD or greater wether we ship from our Canada or USA location. That is why we charge what we do.
2. We will not ship international orders by other methods due to lost packages.
3. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
4. International shipments are subject to shipping surcharge. Please select the International Shipping option when placing order. International orders will be shipped with insurance and a tracking number every time.
5. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping and surcharges plus a 10% restocking fee.
6. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. If Nature's Method is charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.
7. For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.
8. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
